Our company was founded by architectural, interior and landscape designer, Andy Vale in 1991. We are a well established, family run firm with an enviable reputation located four miles south of Chester on the beautiful Eaton Estate in Aldford.
For over thirty years our extensive knowledge and renowned attention to detail have been pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve the very best outcome for their projects. The Oaks
A substantial re-work of a planning-approved design for a proposed new-build residential property in the Cheshire countryside.
Key architectural additions include: Lower ground floor basement terrace, chimneys, Crittal-style windows and doors, a render finish with handmade clay roof tiles, black match-boarding and lead accents to dormer windows.
Full interior design and fit. Ground floor rooms include: Kitchen, Utility Room, Cloakroom, Study, Living Room and Snug. First floor rooms include: Family Bathroom, En-Suite Bathrooms, Master Bedroom and Walk-In Closet. Basement rooms include: Guest Suite Bedroom, En Suite Bathroom and His-and-Her Walk-In Wardrobes. Bespoke staircase design.

Gardens & Outdoor Living Spaces
In addition to his renowned architectural and interior work, Andy Vale has gained recognition for designing beautiful landscapes, gardens, and outdoor living spaces since early 2008.
Typically, his clients have already invested in an Andy Vale interiors project, so it makes perfect since to connect the completed home design into the new outdoor space.
Andy himself is a keen hands-on gardener, with years of practical knowledge of building and maintaining a substantial garden and surrounding landscape. Never afraid to challenge, Andy's designs are more often than not the result of bold outside-the-box thinking. Whilst brave and exciting, his designs also provide attention to detail and functionality, creating outdoor spaces that are innovative, practical, and which connect perfectly to his architectural and interior projects.

Lake Lodge
A considered re-work of a planning-approved design for a proposed modern new-build residential property in the North Wales countryside on the edge of a privately owned lake.
A full architectural re-design of the ground and first floor interior living spaces, with various exterior enhancements. Key architectural additions include: Built-In Fireplaces for Living Room, Master Bedroom and Study, creation of Library-Sitting Room with large glazed roof light overlooking the lake, and bespoke Staircase and Balcony design.

A garden design detail for our existing clients at a picturesque river-side residential property.
Design of new Garden Living/Entertainment Area built into an existing elevated lawn. To include a large sunken polished concrete seating area with fire pit. Central water feature includes feature waterfall and floating stepped bridge. Generous sunken dining area. All accessed from existing terrace via over-wide step detail.
